How to enable or disable the web logging timer on your site

All Beanstack sites default to allow readers to log their minutes online using a reading timer if those readers are enrolled in minutes logging challenges, as well as minutes challenges that also include activities and/or reviews. This feature is not currently available for readers that are enrolled in books and minutes logging challenges concurrently.

For Schools

If your school would not like to use the reading timer, please reach out to your school success manager or email schoolsuccess@zoobean.com.

For Libraries

If your library would like to turn on or off use of the reading timer on your site, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to the admin view of your library site.
  2. Navigate to Setup > Site Settings.
  3. Check on or off the box to the right of “Allow Logging Timer.”
  4. Click “Save.”
