How to view which class read the most during a certain week

With Beanstack Insights Leaderboards, you can view which classes read the most during a certain week (or any time range).

Note: Media specialists/media specialists plus may pull Insights data for all classes at a school, while teachers can only pull data for classes that are rostered to them.

1. Log in to the admin view of your school site.
2. Navigate to Insights > Leaderboard.
3. Set your time range.
   • This can be for the last week, month, year, or a custom date range.
4. Set the “Show data for” to “Readers Overall.”
5. In the “Sort by” setting, set it to “Minutes read” or “Books read.”
6. Select “Classroom” in the “Group by” setting.
7. Filter your data by updating age, grade level, teacher, and/or subject settings.
   • This is especially helpful if you want to tell data between all classes vs. individual classes.
8. Click “Update Leaderboard.”
