We know how important it is to help students build consistent reading habits, but tracking all that reading can be a nightmare of paper logs and logistics. That's why we're so excited to introduce the Daily Reading Tracker—a new way for educators to see the reading that's happening in their classrooms!
This new feature offers an at-a-glance view of your students' daily and weekly reading. No more guessing—just quick, actionable insights right at your fingertips.
- Daily and Weekly Overview: Quickly see how much reading is being logged each day and week for your whole class. You can even switch between seeing total reading logged or the percentage toward your baseline goal.
- Easy-to-Spot Trends: Compare this week’s reading to previous weeks to spot trends over time. This makes it super simple to identify students who might need a little extra encouragement.
- Class-Level Leaderboard: Celebrate your top readers! The tracker features a weekly leaderboard to recognize the students who are building strong reading habits. You can even choose how you rank them, by total reading or by the percentage of their goal.
- Customizable Settings: You can personalize your view to fit your class’s unique reading goals, including setting a daily baseline and choosing how you want to track progress (minutes, books, or pages).
Pro Tip: Teachers can see a mini-version of this page right on their dashboard! It’s a great way to celebrate your top 3 students!
