Why don’t I see the registration badge or reward listed for someone who is enrolled in the challenge?
If you don’t see a registration badge or reward for someone who is enrolled in the challenge, it could be due to the fact that the registration badge was added to the challenge after the reader enrolled. You can un-enroll and re-enroll the patron to earn the registration badge and any associated rewards.
Note: This is not possible to do if someone has already completed the challenge.
Follow the instructions below to un-enroll and re-enroll a reader:
- Log in to the admin view of your library site.
- Go to People > Find a Person.
- Search for the person and click on their name under the “Reader” column.
- Under “Enrolled,” uncheck any challenge you need to un-enroll the reader from and then check the box again to re-enroll them.
- To confirm the badge was earned, go to the “Badges” section on their profile and look for it under the “Earned Badges” tab.
- Feel free to use the filter and sort dropdown menus to help with searching for the badge.
