Do readers get a notification when they win a drawing?

No, readers don’t receive a notification in Beanstack when they win a drawing. Administrators can re-run drawings or replace winners if necessary, and then notify winners on their own timeline.

In the admin view of a specific reader’s profile page, a “Drawing Wins” section appears under the “Challenges & Rewards” tab when that reader wins a drawing. The reader doesn’t see this or get notified; it’s only accessible with staff access or higher. If the reader is notified of their prize and comes in to claim it, staff can mark the prize as claimed here.
