IP address for Beanstack

Clients often ask for our static IP address, however, we do not have a static IP address. We have found that typically a client’s IT team can set the proper permissions within the client’s network to allow for multiple/changing IP addresses.

Email Reports:

If you’re having trouble receiving our email reports or find that you’re being unsubscribed automatically, please follow these steps:

1. Check Your Spam Folder: Sometimes, our emails might end up in your spam or junk folder. Please check there and mark our emails as “Not Spam” if you find them.

2. Allow List or Approve Our Email Address: To ensure you receive our emails in your inbox, add hello@beanstack.org to your allowed list of contacts.

3. Review Your Email Settings: Request that your IT department add Mailchimp’s (our email service provider) delivery IPs to your allowed list. The IPs are:

   • 205.201.128.0/20
   • 198.2.128.0/18
   • 148.105.0.0/16

4. Contact Us: If you’re still having issues, let us know.
