This is a permanent action and cannot be reversed. Once a reader completes a challenge or an administrator marks the challenge as complete for a reader, you cannot un-enroll them or un-complete it for them.
On your site, you may be able to complete a challenge for one or more readers. If you do not have that option, please submit a support ticket to have our team enable this on your site.
Note: Marking challenges “complete” for one or more readers will automatically earn any associated badges and rewards. However, reading logs (in minutes, pages, books, etc.) will not automatically be added to the reader’s log. Follow the steps below.
- Log in to the administrative view of your site.
- Go to People > Find a Person.
- Search for either by reader name or a group.
- Click the reader or group name to view their profile and click the Challenges tab OR click the Challenge Actions icon button to the far right of the row with the name.
- Check the box in the “Completed” column for the challenge you wish to complete.
- A warning message will pop up. You must confirm that you wish to complete the challenge on behalf of the reader or group, and that you understand the action is irreversible. If you wish to proceed, check both boxes and click “Permanently Complete This Challenge.”
