Once a review is approved by a staff member in the admin dashboard, then that review appears on the reader side of your site under Reviews > Peer Reviews in the web app and Discover > Reviews in the mobile app.

Ages 0-12 see reviews from other readers their own age, plus or minus two years.

Ages 13-17 see reviews from other readers aged 13-17.

Ages 18+ see reviews from all readers 18+.
A reader can always see the reviews they submitted themselves, but a review must be approved in order for it to appear among their peer reviews.
