If I go to “Find a Person” and enter the branch name, will all readers at that branch appear?

We do not recommend using the Find a Person function to get a list of all readers at a branch, as branch is an account-level field and you cannot download a list of readers from the People section of your admin dashboard.

To see the readers per branch via Reports, you can download the “Individual Reader Registration and Participation” report and filter it by branch or download the “Reader Participation by Challenge and Branch” report.

You can also see this information in Insights, under demographics. Keep in mind that branch must be a required registration setting on your site in order for all readers to be prompted to enter a branch!
