Where does my scheduled report get delivered?

Your scheduled reports will be sent to the email address associated with your account. They will arrive as an attachment to an email from hello@beanstack.org, with the title of the report in the subject line. 

You can view which email address is associated with your account in the administrative side of your site by navigating to People > Find a Person (libraries) or People > Staff (schools). Then, search for your account and view your account information. You can also view the email associated with your account from the reader experience side by clicking the gear icon in the upper righthand corner and selecting Edit Account.

If you do not receive an email from hello@beanstack.org with your scheduled report and have already verified your account’s email address, try:

  1. Checking your spam folder.
  2. Submitting a ticket to our helpdesk if you think you may have unsubscribed from Beanstack emails. Unsubscribing from any Beanstack notification email unsubscribes you from all notification emails, including report emails.
