Your Insights dashboard shows different data metrics, statistics, and demographics that can be tracked on your site. Changing the readers, challenges, date range, and any other settings in Insights will impact the data that appears in each category below.

Metrics
Active Readers: Total readers who logged any active log type during the selected timeframe. Readers in multiple challenges are only counted as one reader in this calculation.
New Registrations: Total readers who registered for each selected challenge or all challenges during the selected timeframe. A reader who registered for two of the selected challenges is counted as two readers in this calculation.
Challenge Completions: Total readers who completed each selected challenge or all challenges during the selected timeframe. A reader who completes two of the selected challenges is counted as two readers in this calculation.
Completed Activities: Total activities completed during the selected timeframe/for each selected challenge.
Rewards Collected: Total rewards marked as redeemed during the selected timeframe/for each selected challenge.
Badges Earned: Total badges readers earned during the selected timeframe/for each selected challenge.
Reviews Written: Total reviews written during the selected timeframe/for each selected challenge.
Books Read: Total books read during the selected timeframe/for each selected challenge. This only appears if your site has books as an active log type.
Minutes Read: Total minutes read during the selected timeframe/for each selected challenge. This only appears if your site has minutes as an active log type.
Pages Read: Total pages read during the selected timeframe/for each selected challenge. This only appears if your site has pages as an active log type.
Events Logged: Total events logged during the selected timeframe/for each selected challenge. This only appears if your site has events as an active log type.
Days Logged: Total days logged during the selected timeframe/for each selected challenge. This only appears if your site has days as an active log type.
Top Statistics
Top 12 Books Read: 12 most frequently read books during the selected timeframe or in all selected challenges. This tracks books that readers logged any reading for, not books that readers logged as completed.
Top 12 Earned Badges: 12 most frequently earned badges during the selected timeframe or in all selected challenges.
Demographics (Active Readers/New Registrations)
Ages: Breakdown of active readers by age during the selected timeframe or breakdown of registered readers by age for all selected challenges.
Genders: Breakdown of active readers by gender during the selected timeframe or breakdown of registered readers by age for all selected challenges.
Grade Levels: Breakdown of active readers by grade during the selected timeframe or breakdown of registered readers by grade for all selected challenges.
Schools: Breakdown of active readers by school during the selected timeframe or breakdown of registered readers by school for all selected challenges. This is only available on library sites that enable school as a registration field and add school options.
Branches: Breakdown of active readers by branch during the selected timeframe or breakdown of registered readers by branch for all selected challenges. This is only available on library sites that enable branch as a registration field and add branch options.
