Libraries: Reports Data Dictionary

Here are some key terms to help you navigate reports! Each report contains different column configurations, which you can customize.

Account Creator: This is the person in charge of an account. One account creator may have several readers in different challenges.

Active Readers: Total readers who have logged for any active log type on your site during this period. 

Added by: Determines if this reader was added to the system by a patron (via the patron view, as self registration) or by a staff member (via the admin tools, as staff registration).

Completion: This indicates when someone has completed the requirements indicated in your challenge setup.

Enrolled: Total readers that have registered for the challenge including those that may have un-enrolled or already completed it.

Registered for challenge: Readers that are currently active in the challenge

Reward(s) Earned: The prize(s) earned, but not necessarily redeemed.

Reward(s) Redeemed: The prize(s) redeemed with a green check under a reader’s name after being claimed.

Reader: The individual who is logging reading/activities. There can be multiple readers in one account.

Readers Enrolled in a Challenge: Any reader enrolled in a challenge. If groups exist on your site, each group member is counted individually.

Total Readers: All readers on the site. Using a date filter limits this to the readers that were created during the selected dates. If groups exist on your site, each group member is counted individually.

Value: The number of minutes, hours, pages, or books logged.
