Reports available to media specialists and what they mean
As readers log and earn virtual badges, data is collected in the Beanstack system. As a media specialist/librarian, you have access to reporting on reader participation at multiple levels, including classroom, teacher, group, challenge, grade, and more, for all students in your school.
Reports can be helpful in checking participation levels, naming top readers in your school, and gathering various other metrics. You can narrow down the information collected in your report by updating the report’s dates or customizing the columns generated in a report at the top of the report’s page. Reports may be downloaded directly to your computer as Excel files or emailed to the email address connected to your account as Excel or CSV files.
