When registering for a new Beanstack account, the account creator must fill in all required fields (marked with a red asterisk*) before they are able to create their account and add additional readers. Any empty required fields or erroneous spaces will prompt an error message to appear.
A space in the username field will result in the error “can not contain trailing whitespaces.”
A space in both email address fields will cause the error “Make sure you’ve entered a valid email address.”
A space or any other character in one email address field but not the other will prompt the error “doesn’t match Email, Make sure you’ve entered a valid email address.”
