What format should we use for video reviews?

When you activate picture reviews on your site, readers can upload video files in addition to image files.

For video files:

• They must be in .mov or .mp4 format.
• The filename cannot contain special characters.
• The video duration should be 30 seconds or less.

Note: Picture reviews can only be submitted and viewed on the web, not on the mobile app.
