When do readers' ages update automatically?

Beanstack automatically updates readers’ ages every six months from the account creation date. For example, if a reader’s age is indicated as 10 when they sign up on January 1, then the system will assume they are 10.5 on July 1, they are 11 on January 1 of the following year, and so on, unless the reader indicates otherwise.

Readers’ grade levels and other registration information will never automatically update. Readers are prompted to update their grade level and other information, like school, every three months from their last information update.
