How to donate to a reader, library, or school during a reading fundraiser
By donating, you can encourage your community members to build a life-long love of reading and also support your school or library’s mission of providing top-tier education and literacy resources!

Visit the fundraiser banner near the top of the landing page
Visit the reading fundraiser’s community donation page, go to the school or library’s Beanstack landing page and click the reading fundraiser banner near the top of the screen. You’ll then see their overall progress toward their fundraising goal and other key progress statistics, like active readers and total minutes read.
Donate to an individual reader
For some reading fundraisers, you may be able to click Find a Reader to search for individual donation pages.
Each individual reader participating in a reading fundraiser has their own individual donation page, where you can view their progress in the readathon and donate directly to them via credit card (while the readathon is active). By donating, you can help create a lifelong love of reading and also support your local school or library’s important work.
Donations made to an individual reader help them earn fundraising badges and increase their individual total funds raised and number of donations. All credit card donations are securely processed and appear on credit card statements with the statement descriptor “BeanstackFundraiser.”
Share a donation page
You can easily share the community donation page to help maximize the fundraiser’s impact. And you can donate here, especially if you want to make a donation as a business sponsor. Business or community sponsors can have their logo, a customizable message, and a link displayed on the community donation page.
You can also share a reader’s donation page to spread the word and help them gain even more donations. One click lets you copy their fundraising page URL or share it on Facebook, Twitter, or over email. And you can also see what they’ve been reading, the badges they’ve earned, and all the other donations supporting them and their school or library. Your donation will appear here too, once it has been processed.
Donate to a school or library as a business sponsor
To support your school or library as a business sponsor, simply click “Make a Donation,” enter your donation amount, and select “Business Sponsor” before proceeding to enter your company name, URL, donation message, logo, personal information, and billing information. For optimal display, logos should be jpeg, jpg, png, or gif files that are 500x500px and less than 10MB. Once the fundraiser administrator approves your sponsorship message and information, it will appear under the reading fundraiser description.
