Why can’t I add friends or view leaderboards?

Here are some reasons why you may not see the “Friends” tab when logged into your reader account:

• You are logged in as an account creator on a library site, are under the age of 13.

• The “Friends” tab was toggled off on the admin view. This setting can be toggled on in Setup > Reading Integrity Settings for schools or Setup > Logging Settings for libraries.
