Can I share a challenge with other schools or libraries?

Did you make a custom challenge that you want to share with other Beanstack schools or libraries in your local area? Given enough lead time, our central Beanstack team can share your challenge as a challenge template with a set list of other sites if you follow the steps below.

1. Finalize your challenge and artwork.
2. Get approval from the local partners who would like to use the challenge.
3. Open a ticket at beanstack.com/support. In your request, include a link to the challenge on your site or a customized and completed challenge template document, a list of the sites with which you'd like to share the challenge, and your deadline (ideally 4 - 6 weeks from the challenge start date). If you created custom artwork for the challenge, you will also need to send those image files.
4. Our team will let you know if it is feasible to share the challenge with the sites you specified within your timeframe, and then will follow up and let you know as soon as it is available.
5. Let your partners know that the challenge is available within the Challenges > Challenge Templates section of their admin dashboard!
