How to view RMI reports

Admins can view and download the following reports for any index with student responses:

Summary Tab & Report: This is an overview of the RMI results for all students who completed the index.

Students Tab & Table: This is an overview of each student’s RMI results, including the top motivation factors and average intrinsic, extrinsic, and overall scores for all students who completed the index.
Individual Student Detailed Report: This is a detailed report on an individual student’s RMI results. For more information on this report, see the information in the Detailed Report section below.

Admins with Beanstack and RMI also can view and download additional reports for each index, including:

Grades Tab, Table, and Detailed Report: This includes an overview of each grade’s RMI results and the ability to view the Detailed Report by grade.
Classes Tab, Table, and Detailed Report: This includes an overview of each grade’s RMI results and the ability to view the Detailed Report by grade.

The Detailed Report is available at the Individual Student, Grade, and Class level. This report includes:

Scores: These are Intrinsic, Extrinsic, and Overall scores. For Individual Students, this shows the total scores. For Grades and Classes, this shows the average scores at that level.
- Intrinsic and Extrinsic scores are each out of 20
- Overall scores are out of 40
Benny Says: This is a brief summary of the top factors and the recommended actions an educator can take to engage with the student or students to increase their motivation to read.
Recommended Daily Reading Goal: This is a recommended daily reading goal based on the score.
Recommended Actions: This is selection of actions based on the top motivators for the student, class or grade. These are carefully crafted by our team to help educators engage with and motivate students who score highly in specific factors
Individual Motivation Type Scores: This is the average score achieved for each of the 10 motivation factors.
