What do I do if my reading history for a title is accidentally deleted?

When a title is deleted, all the sessions associated with that that title are removed from your reading history. This affects your minute, page, and book statistics, and streaks. Unfortunately, we cannot retrieve the associated reading information.

If you just started a book and logged a few sessions or have a report with data prior to the accidental deletion, consider creating backlogged reading sessions for the affected user(s) to replace the ones that were lost. There are steps for doing this on the web or on the mobile app.
