Why is my account inactive?
When your Beanstack account appears to be inactive and you cannot log in, below are a few possible explanations.
Note: Make sure you’re logging onto the right Beanstack site. If you’re not sure, check with a library admin or teacher/media specialist for the name of your school or library’s site.
Schools
If you're trying to log into your school’s Beanstack site, this could be due to recent changes in your school district’s rostering. Rostering changes, including new accounts, can take up to 24-48 hours to appear. If it's been more than 24 hours since any changes, we recommend reaching out to your teacher or school librarian.
Libraries
If you're using an active library site, make sure you're using the correct username and password. You can reset them with the “Forgot password?” or “Forgot username?” link on the login page.
