Libraries: How to redeem rewards for readers

Here’s how to redeem a reader’s rewards while on the admin view:

1. Log in to the admin view of your site.
2. Navigate to People > Find a Person.
3. Enter search information to find the reader, and then click the gift icon to the right of the reader's name.
4. Select the prize and click the empty box to its right to mark it as redeemed.

To view the reader’s reward history:

1. Click their name in the middle column to go to their profile.
2. Go to the “Challenges & Rewards” tab.
3. Scroll down to the Rewards section.
4. Mark a reward as redeemed from this page.
